Play as a rat in this strategic third-person survival-horror game, where you're attempting to infect as many villagers with the plague as possible. As your plague spreads, you become more powerful, but at a cost.

Find unique upgrades and health pickups throughout the level. Collect coins to spend at the one and only rat vendor to purchase more chaotic abilities to release on innocent people.
